These terms cover your use of this website. Booking a lane, joining as a member and playing at the club are covered by the booking terms.

1. Using this site

By using pavilioncricketclub.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You may browse, read and link to the site for your own personal use. You may not copy it, scrape it, attempt to interfere with it, or use it to send unsolicited messages to us or to anyone else.

2. Accuracy of information

We keep this site current, but prices, hours and what is on offer can change. The rates and hours shown are a guide. The price you pay and the time you have are the ones confirmed when you book, and the booking terms govern if the two differ. Services marked as available soon are not yet on offer.

3. Intellectual property

The Pavilion Cricket Club name, the dogwood crest and wordmark, the photography and the words on this site belong to DERA Collective or are used with permission. You may share a link to any page. You may not reproduce the crest, the name or our photographs for any other purpose without written permission from us.

4. Third party services

Bookings are made on Calendly, and our Instagram account lives on Instagram. Each is a separate service with its own terms and privacy practices, and we do not control them. When you follow a link to one, its rules apply. How we handle information from those services is described in our privacy policy.

5. No warranty

This site is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will always be online, free of errors, or free of anything harmful, although we work to keep it that way.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, DERA Collective and the people who run Pavilion Cricket Club are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using, or being unable to use, this website or anything linked from it. Nothing on this page limits any right you have under the laws of British Columbia or Canada that cannot be limited by agreement, and nothing on this page limits our duties to you as an occupier when you visit the club.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute about this website is dealt with in British Columbia.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
